A Norwalk native, Katy brings a wealth of local insight and expertise to Horizons at NCCS, having served as a public school teacher for over nine years—most recently at Naramake Elementary School. She is highly skilled in data-driven instruction, curriculum design, and educational leadership, with a deep-seated passion for developing the "whole child" and fostering a culture of joy in the classroom.

Katy holds a graduate degree in Elementary Teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education. She currently lives in Fairfield with her husband and daughter, and she is thrilled to be back in the community where she grew up to help the next generation of students succeed.
