Interim Executive Director
Berto is currently serving as the Interim Executive Director of the Horizons summer program. Berto is a Horizons alumnus, currently serves as Senior Program Director for grades 6–9 in the summer program, and is a teacher and coach at Westhill High School in Stamford during the school year.

As the Director of Student and Family Programming, Jennifer leads the development and implementation of programmatic experiences that support the "whole child" and deepen family engagement. A Horizons and NCCS alumna, she is dedicated to building strong, inclusive connections between our programs and the families we serve.

Director of Admissions, Data and Family Engagement
As the Director of Admissions, Data and Family Engagement Andrea supports the administration of school-year, summer, and family programming, while overseeing admissions and re-enrollment. She also manages Horizons’ databases, reporting, family communications and translation as well as technology support.

Director of Communications, Development and Grants
Whitney supports Horizons' development and fundraising initiatives through corporate and foundation grant writing, events, stewardship, cultivation, corporate sponsorships and partnerships. She also manages marketing and communication efforts, including public relations and social media, to enhance the visibility of Horizons among its many constituents.

Director of Office Administration and Development Services
As the Director of Office Administration and Development Services, Ginny handles the office and program logistics, Board communication and development responsibilities, including, but not limited to, managing the donor database and gift acknowledgements, running reports and reconciling revenue with the business office.

Director of Academic Success
As the Director of Academic Success, Katy develops and manages the academic and curricular elements of our year-round programming. In partnership with the Director of Student and Family Programming, she facilitates school and community partnerships to enhance the overall student experience and ensure long-term academic growth.
